What can I expect during my coaching sessions?
During our introductory coaching session (aka a "discovery session"), we will get to know each other and begin to explore your goals. Ongoing sessions then provide assessments, structure, feedback, perspective and encouragement to assist you in achieving your goals. During each session you will commit to taking actions for the following week.
When we meet again, we will discuss the obstacles you faced and the insights you gained as a result of your "homework". This will help you to set new goals, plan new actions, and perhaps even develop new habits so you can achieve the results you want. Typically, I meet via Zoom with individual clients for one hour per week until we are ready to schedule monthly sessions. |
