COACHING RESULTS: WHAT IS THE ROI OF COACHING?

In the last two decades, Executive Leadership Coaching has emerged as a powerful and proven way to strengthen and develop leaders. Leaders who get coached typically benefit from both professional and personal development. In addition, coaching  has been shown to have a positive impact on the the organizational bottom-line.

If you are considering Executive Leadership Coaching for yourself you may be asking:
  • What can I expect from coaching?
  • What is the ROI of coaching? How will coaching impact my work, relationships results and sense of fulfillment?
  • What are the organizational benefits?

Research on the ROI of coaching indicates returns approximating 5-7x the initial investment. How can this be so high?

Perhaps one reason is that coaching provides a customized, focused learning experience designed specifically to help leaders strengthen and develop competencies. The coaching process happens at regular intervals and learning occurs between, as well as during, coaching sessions. Coaching helps people grow by providing space for reflection and clarity. With commitment and intention, coaching clients achieve fulfillment by creating lives that align with their values, improved work performance, confidence, relationships, and communication.

My clients report that they experience lasting personal transformation, aliveness, and fulfillment as they design the lives they want at work and in their personal lives. Most clients are pleasantly surprised when the improvements they create in target areas overflow into other areas, generating results they didn't anticipate in their relationships, community organizations, and finances.
